Tinsel Fabric - black with black metallic threading

5m50L x 139cm W. A woven base that includes black metallic threads. Has long, sparkly fibres that look like Xmas tinsel - straight, shiny and reflective. Feels lightweight, a little scratchy and flexible but not drapey.
