Tinsel Fabric - chocolate brown base with metallic silver threading

5m 40 L x 139cm W. A woven base that includes silver metallic threading. Has long, sparkly fibres that look like Xmas tinsel - straight, shiny and reflective. Feels lightweight, slightly scratchy and flexible but not drapey.
